Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment.
Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there.

Check in was very smooth and the information provided was excellent. I contacted the manager to arrange a slightly later checkout as we were meeting friends for lunch. He checked and as there were no new bookings for that night we were able to leave our belongings and collect them after our lunch which was most generous and helpful -

Check in and check out very easy. Convenient to supermarkets for grocery shopping and it was good to have a kitchen which included a dishwasher.

I can't say enough good things about the Alto and staff . The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines . Stayed for a 3 night short break location was superb just a short walk to just about everything , apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could need. Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

We stayed in the Penthouse with spa, rooftop deck and pinball machine. It is a great space with really comfortable couches and beds. This is a fantastic entertaining suite. We were able to entertain friennds in a foreign city and the suite had everything we needed. Hot air ballons passing over the rooftop terrace early in the morning was an added bonus. Staff is extremely helpful and lovely. The check-in time was 2pm, and I paid for the room with no view to the park. We arrived at 10am and due to low occupancy they let us check-in earlier with no extra cost and got us a room with a great view of the city overlooking the park. Paul was a delight. Location, very well situated, right beside the free tram but they take so long to get into the central area, its quicker to walk and easy to do so from the hotel.Staff very efficient, and helpful at all times,giving directions etc.I requested a high floor away from street noise and was given floot 19 which was great ,marvelous views over Sydney.You could hear traffic noise if you listened but it didn't disturb us.
