Spacious apartment. Good equipment - full size cooker, large fridge freezer, great washing machine and tumble dryer. Large shower room. Very comfortable bed. Large fluffy towels. Clean.
The size of the room which was on the fourth floor - it was enormous. The apartment Manager was very friendly. For the location and size of the room, it was very reasonably priced.
the quietness of the apartments; although just off a busy road, within the building it was beautifully quiet.

One wall had a smallamount ofmoukd by window due to condensation.
A bit noisy at times. Next to main road but not a problem at night. No shops or bars nearby. 15 mins walk to nearest but there is a regular bus service runs right outside.
Our friends stayed in the same place and their room was a lot smaller - so check what you're going to get. Car park was very cramped. The furnishings are a little weary. The shower was a bit grimey.
the slight difficulty of having to phone the caretaker on arrival. A very minor quibble.

Slow lift, but that's just trying very hard to think of something I didn't like, as it wasn't that bad.

The traffic was unbearable at night, sirens all night, couldn't sleep.
Needs more lighting - a reading light in loungeroom would be good.

Over 55 smell, plastic flowers everywhere, decore of old age home. Heard later it had been one! Not surprising.
