  Stayed in an IXL one bedroon executive apartment. Very new,very well furnished and spacious with a loft bedroom. Balcony opened onto a courtyard, so view was limited, but very quiet.   We stayed 5 nights in Dec 2014 and enjoyed our stay very much. The location was excellent - easy walk to Salamanca Place , ferry wharves, Battery Point and not far to CBD. Very clean with up-to-date appliances. Trevor was very helpful, even taking us to the airport at the end of our stay.
