  Our 3 night stay was so nice we booked another 2 nights. On our first arrival wee were greeted by Alvin at the front desk who was absolutely delightful, very professional, polite and helpful and this was just one reason for us to return for another 2 nights. However on our return we were greeted by a young dark haired girl who was quite abrupt and... co mówią ludzie » made me feel like we were a bother to her after requesting a twin room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend to I ends and famil - Staff are excellent I stay here often and each time the service is amazing. I tried to stay at another hotel close by as the hgc was very expensive during peak season, it was an absolute disaster. I will only ever stay at the chancellor when I visit Hobart. Thank you to the staff, the service is faultless in particular the front of house staff, the concierges, housekeeping and room service. A particular thank you to the chef for accommodating my dietary requirements. Fabulous and can't wait to

  The staff were amazing and outgoing. The waiters of the revolving restaurant were unbelievablely friendly and made the entire trip. A middle aged man who brought our room service more than the other hotel waiters (I apologize I don't remember his name) was excellent, friendly and we enjoyed his company. She worked Monday night and be - Everything:- food was great... service was great... amenities were great... the location was awesome... The ambience was more auspicious than many "casino" hotels who have the feel of a pub with some pokies... WP felt like a truly international hotel...with grace born of many years' proficiency in casino functionality... one felt special just staying there... and the cost was certainly worthwhile and great value for money...
