  We stayed for the pet friendly room, will now be staying more often and recommending to our pet friends. The price was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was hot, and toast was still warm, lovely! There was a folder in the room with good local info. - Being pet friendly was a great thing for us.   On arrival after sundown, going up the lush tree/shrub lined driveway, we felt like we were in another world. Rob was an excellent host making sure we had all the information for where we were located and places to eat for dinner and breakfast. The best place we have stayed in so far on our trip of 3,300kms to date. - Rob was a very friendly host and an outstanding resource for information on places to eat and things to do in and around Hervey Bay. His blog also provided great recommendations about what to do on the way to Hervey Bay from just about every direction. Our room's back porch was a very pleasant spot to relax and have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine or beer at night. We really enjoyed our stay!
