Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is only a short walk to central Surfers Paradise

Great staff, excellent for family with child(ren), great food, convenient location with very close access to main road leading to fun parks and short drive or 15 minute walk from Surfers Paradise City Centre. Bonus, free parking underneath the hotel.

The staff were fantastic. I forgot my cuff links for a wedding, staff member Jessica was a life saver! She was more than helpfully in getting anything you can ask for. She knows her stuff and if she doesn't, she come back to you asap.

The pool bar drinks are very over price but you get that in a resort, but surprisingly the food isn't an -
We got married here on the 22/11/2013. The venue was amazing. The staff where amazing, The food was amazing, The grounds are amazing..... Everything was just perfect. Thanks to everyone at the hotel who helped make our day so special.

We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome.
I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us. Thank you so much. -

Best backpackers I've ever stayed in! Staff are outstanding, the
place is so clean, beds are good and rooms are decent size, they have a
nice balcony area which you can relax or socialise in, good kitchen and

The manager is very friendly. I booked weeks ahead not realizing i had to check in on good friday. When I arrived at 10pm, the manager still answered the phone and opened the door to let me check in. And he drove me to the airport for free at 7am the next morning!

The apartments were great! However, the company I booked with was not asper expectations. I saw one guy twice; once on arrival, and once ondeparture dates. No housekeeping. The apartment furtnature was not atall comfortable, and staff or support was not very accessible! This wasvery frustrating at times...
