  Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is only a short walk to central Surfers Paradise... co mówią ludzie » and as we went to participate in the Gold Coast Half Marathon, the shuttle bus stop was only 50m away and we were the last pickup point so quick trip - Great staff, excellent for family with child(ren), great food, convenient location with very close access to main road leading to fun parks and short drive or 15 minute walk from Surfers Paradise City Centre. Bonus, free parking underneath the hotel.

  The staff were fantastic. I forgot my cuff links for a wedding, staff member Jessica was a life saver! She was more than helpfully in getting anything you can ask for. She knows her stuff and if she doesn't, she come back to you asap. The staff where amazing, The food was amazing, The grounds are amazing..... Everything was just perfect. Thanks to everyone at the hotel who helped make our day so special.

  Really enjoyed the Adult Lap Pool. Granny - children loved the other pools 3 and 6. Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation.   We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us.   The Shore apartments are definitely good value for money. And the location on the beach is ideal. The staff was really nice. They checked us in earlier and on the day we left, they kept our luggage until late during the day, as our flight was at night.
