We had a superior ocean view room on 22nd floor. Excellent view but a bit windy so the balcony didn't get a lot of use. Apartment was excellent. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Staff were extremely helpful and attentive and sorted any minor problems we had.

the wow factor as soon as you opened the door with breathtaking views
across Burleigh Beach and the ocean beyond. The apartment had everything
you needed for a short or extended break and the staff were extremely
friendly and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

We loved the location, the view from our room was second to none. burleigh heads was perfect for us as it had a real community vibe and is close to all the action of surfers paradise. The rooms were well appointed and the staff courteous and friendly. We are already planning a return trip early in the new year and 2nd avenue will see our return patronage

McDonalds and restaurants on the ground floor, big supermarkets a few meters away, bus stop near the apartment, few kms away from the airport.

The apartment and complex was spotlessly clean and comfortable and it was very handy for our teenagers having the 7/11 convenience store downstairs along with the coffee shop and Subway. We loved the location and the spaciousness of the penthouse perfect for my birthday party. Jayne Rob and Meg couldn't do enough and the little touches were some of the things that made our stay even better. I will be back and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.
