we enjoyed everything that was on offer chris & wendy made you feel welcome from the moment you checked in the kids loved the beach, the pool, the kids room & we loved the room the atmosphere the staff were helpful & we really didn't want to leave in fact we are hoping to return later on in the year for our daughters birthday & maybe christmas we all had a fantastic time!!.
wszystkie opinie » Loved the layout of the apartment with the balconies. Loved the view of the ocean. Liked the self contained convenience. Very stylish. Liked the pool. Right on the beach. I would live in these apartments if I could. Spacious accommodation with beachfront location, great facilities and ocean views. Staff were excellent. Restaurant was asian, great food & service. peace and quite,close to the the beach and surf clubs,the staff were so friendly and helpful,i would recomed to all my friends. Indoor heated pool. Very good restaurant below complex. Excellent views and lovely beach. Convenient to shops. Helpfull staff. The views were amazing and the BBQ and pool are was spectacular....... The fact it was right on the beach was breath taking. Accommodation was great. Spot on with the beach view. Pool was heated and enclose. The views, the beds and the overall cldanliness of the apartment. Variety of free facilities. Location, facilities. We liked our stay at the 19th ave the kids enjoyed it alot aswell. The indoor pool/spa was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. the pool and spa were great staff helpful. N/A. Only given 4 towels and had to keep washing them ourselves. Had to hire pool/ beach towels and wash them ourselves for reuse. No face washers supplied. Bed was uncomfortable. Blankets were very dirty with what looked like old dried food spillages. Not enough towels, worn out furniture, average cleanliness,ceiling fans covered in dust. hot water dangerously hot, TV instructions non existant, would prefer quilts(doonas) on beds. a decent heater would be good and charging for aircon is ridiculous!. The rooms were older style and the price for the room was a bit overrated ....... Didnt like that u had to pay extra for aircon...... Not many shop around, however it's good if u have young children. The staff a bit unfriendly. couches. Didnt find the bed comfortable at all had a back ache everymorning which effected me thoughout my stay. :(. bathrooms were "aged" showing signs of weariness. doors onto balcony did not lock or would not open (rusty) and some light bulbs were out. bedhead in main bedroom was loose and bedside lampshade loose. I assumed because I had booked thru bookings.com I got a lesser quality room. Would not use this resort again.
