  I was travelling with my 21 year old son. We had a really great and warm stay. Catherine, the lady owner was hospitable, frendly and arranged an early check in to the room just before noon. Lino, her Italian hubby, ensured that our room bulbs were working before leaving us to rest after our 2+ hour bus journey from Melbourne city - Location: Conveniently in town yet on a quiet street. Very clean. The small playground, playhouse & trampoline for children. I booked a suite so it was very spacious. Kitchenette with microwave convenient and handy especially for families with young children. Small backyard was great if you want a bit of fresh air but don't want to leave the front door open so you have some privacy. Last but not least the very friendly welcome at check in by June!

  Very clean and comfortable motel! Was on a limited budget and was very pleasantly surprised! Lady on reception very helpful and friendly, told her we were visiting for the penguin parade and she helped us out with directions and times and a few tips for the trip! Penguin parade is a must do!   Excellent location to begin with....Steve (resident manager) & Tracey , true hoteliers I must say!! Very friendly.. Relaxed..& helpful!! .... The Resort was clean ..spacious and flora through out in abundance ... Very tropical feeling!! ... In short ... We loved it & will be back soon!!! In three months.. The staff were friendly and gave us great tips of what to go and see. Location was in short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants.
