  The staff were exceptional. I had arrived in Canberra around 8am. I called into the Mantra at 10am asking if we could get an early check in. We had booked 2 rooms so I asked if we could be near each other. Not only did we get an early check of 12.30pm but also got a free upgrade with rooms side by side. We were very happy and appreciate the excell... co mówią ludzie » ent customer service Thanx again Mantra in Northbourne!!! - We liked this hotel a lot: very nicely furnished and equipped; friendly and helpful staff. We particularly appreciated that the room had crockery and cutlery and a decent table with two chairs, in addition to tea and coffee-making facilities. This made it very comfortable to have breakfast in the room with things we bought from a supermarket the day before. Excellent bathroom, too.
