  Monaco is at most 2 years old - our one bedroom apartment (7th floor) was large, comfortable, well equipped and had a large balcony with (close) ocean view, doors to balcony off both sitting area and bedroom. The location right next to the beach and with access straight on to the main street of Caloundra is excellent. Everything is at your doorstep within easy walking distance - no need to get the car out.

  We loved the location right on the beach and we never touched our car for 3 days. It's a short walk to everything, shops, restaurants, cafes, medical, beach, icecreams, bbq's, and downstairs is the best cafe/restaurant right on the water. We had morning tea with a giant sea eagle landing next to us in the water catching a fish. The views are amazin - we loved the water views and location, we also loved the spa bath in the bedroom and the general room layout.

  it was very clean the staff were very very helpful. they were very obliging as we rang them direct to book a cot for our grandson when we arrived at check in everything was there for us. fully recommend to friends. - I liked the layout of the accommodation and we would stay there in future.   not flash and new ,a bit old and basic but close to where we wanted with everything close .very clean and quiet will use again - The room clean, large comfortable for a budget type room. Friendly reception on arrival very happy for what we paid.
