The hotel staff was excellent, friendlyand very professional; all my bookings were done by the reception saving my time and stress free for me; the hotel is very clean including the swimming pool.

Nic location. Opposite to myer and central station. Around 10 minutes walk to ferry place. The apartment is clean and well organized. The staff is polite and helpful especially Alan very nice guy. It's a pleasant stay and I will stay again for next time.

Great location. Right beside the marina and very close to the city. Lots
of choices of nice restaurants just downstairs. Staff are extremely
helpful. Helped us with all the bookings of shuttle bus and site visits.
The studio hotel apartment was great value of money. The ocean view from
the balcony was fantastic. Can't wait to come back to Harbour Lights
for our next Cairns holiday!

The apartment had a generously sized bedroom, a bathroom that contained a laundry cupboard with washing machine and dryer, and a large sitting room with sofa (convertible to a double bed), dining table and chairs, and a small but well equipped kitchen. it was a very comfortable apartment, and very generously sized.

The location is perfect: very central (as the name implies). We stayed there twice in two weeks and also had to store luggage while we went on a trip. On both occasions the guy at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful. In fact he went out of his way to help us out and was efficient and friendly too. It is people like him who make all the difference.

Fabulous location! We enjoyed a 20 min walk to Muddy's playground. A wonderful playground for kids and nice cafe stop for Mum and Dad! It was a very pleasant 30 min stroll into the centre of Cairns. we had a warm welcome from Sandy and an unexpected upgrade. You won't regret booking to stay here. The apartment was clean, well equipped, very relaxing with a stunning view of the Esplanade. It is a wonderful choice if traveling with young children.

I loved staying at Koala Court Holiday Apartments. Andy and his wife were so accommodating and really took such good care of my friends and me during our stay. They were very helpful with offering advice and suggestions on what to do in the area, and they were responsive to our every need. I found all of the staff very friendly , welcoming and efficient. Special praise goes to Rob McKenzie and his reception staff - I thought they were all brilliantly helpful when answering all of my questions. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others. - Great location and great facilities. Free shuttle into town was very good.

The reception staff/owners were so incredibly polite and helpful and the hotel had a really homely feel as soon as you stepped inside with a lovely smell and free cakes to pick up at times.
The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony and the bathroom was a very good size with a shower which is easily the best I've ever used at any hotel!

Buffet breakfasts were superb, terrific variety and gluten-free bread supplied which was excellent. Great start to the day - in fact we found it lasted well into the afternoon! Added enjoyment was being able to read the complimentary newspapers over breakfast. Would like to stay again longer - and recommend it as great convenient place to stay in Cairns.
