The staff were faultless. There was nothing they could have done better to make our stay more comfortable. Some minor issues came up but were quickly and easily dealt with and I really couldn't recommend this accommodation enough. Our 3 bed apartment was everything and more than we'd expected, the beds were really comfortable, all necessary items

The grounds were lush and accommodation private, the pool was easily accessible to all, self catering facilities were provided & outdoor bbqs available, Eating out options /Daily items were only a short walk away. We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

The location was excellent, lovely large pool for swimming, grounds kept immaculate and bus stop at door made ease of getting around. Staff very friendly and the outdoor shower was fantastic. Would recommend to friends and stay again if we are ever back in Broome.

We booked a standard room but were upgraded to a spa room because we had about a 15 minute wait booking in due to a couple of slow elderly customers in front of us. The location - the IGA (grocer), bottle shop, Broome Museum, local bus stop and a souvenier shop are just across the street. The town beach and a cafe are a 5 min walk away and has a children's playground, wet and dry. A leisurely walk to town takes about 25 min. Two fantastic pools, onsite restaurant and plenty of parking and importantly, there are lifts!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was well appointed.
We stayed in the same room for two nights and then eight nights separated by a 12 day Kimberley camping Safari. Our excess luggage was stored for us by Broome Time Lodge. Handy breakfast packs and meal packs available from Reception. Handy bus stop outside the front entrance. -
