She was brilliant - I'm female in my 40s - so I liked seeing women my age behind the desk ... Good to see !   I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain. We arrived from uk early in morning & they got our apartment ready very quickly for us. Helped me with printing and faxing as we were emigrating. Nothing was too much & always smiling. Apartment was comfortable & clean, very well equipped. Free loop bus down to cbd was great.

  The apartment was really beautifully appointed and the ensuite was a treat we don't have at home. Everything worked and the balcony is a really generous size. I was able to check in early as we had dropped the kids off at a concert in the morning which was great after the considerable drive we had had to get there. We had a lovely time. - Amentities were world class, reception staff very helpful, especially upon arrival, one of the staff named Michael was a great help, explained everything clearly an accurately to ensure our stay was smooth as possible. Great value for money in an excellent location. One of the best apartment complexes I have stayed at, I look forward to hopefully staying at the Quattro on my next Brisbane trip.
