  I enjoyed your friendly helpful staff , the staff member even rembered me and that I'm an artist , from my last stay , I was very impressed ... She was brilliant - I'm female in my 40s - so I liked seeing women my age behind the desk ... Good to see ! The staff are my first meeting point of your hotel and I feel that is important to feel comfor... co mówią ludzie » table and they made me feel at ease , it's a great hotel and I love the fact you have wifi and don't charge extra like most places do , it's a great l - location,the service is brilliant,so up beat and friendly,always helpful,rooms r so clean,comfortable,we always feel relaxed when we stay here,being next to the botanical gardens,gives u that sense of being next to nature,even in the heart of the city,absolutely beautiful,I would definitely recommend this hotel, to stay.in fact,we will be booking again for next year same time,as we enter the marathon yearly all i can say is keep up the brilliant work u do there,to all the staff well done luv ur
