Everything. Functional design, very clean, no motel smell, little touches like chocolates and individual soaps for each, wi fi internet and FoxTel, etc. One of the best motels we have stayed at. The little luxuries don't cost much, but make all the difference.The next cabin we stayed at for same price had old, worn and dirty and broken things and

Our 2 bedroom apartment represented really good value compared to others in the same price range. Spacious bedrooms with 3 single beds for the kids - no need to worry about bunks! Very clean & well equipped for cooking etc.. It's so nice to finally find decent sized coffee mugs supplied too (the little things are important!). Helpful, friendly staff - a great family stay! Oh.. And free wi-if that actually worked!! ;)

Staff (owner) was amazing. There was a smell in iur room, we went down to tell her, immediately we were moved. She apologised that the new apartment wasn't as good (actually it was better) she was friendly and welcoming. She gave great advice if where to eat in town. Apartment had washer and dryer which was great. Showers were good and hot. -

Allowed to check in early so we could then head out for a day at Soveriegn Hill refreshed . -

The bed was really comfortable. The staff were really friendly & went out of their way to be helpful. I was returning to the hotel late at night each day and was advised they could leave a meal from the restaurant in my room for me to microwave once I got back at night. Exceptional service. -

To arive after a 5hour drive and be told that you have been upgraded to a spa room was the BEST EVERY,It was my BIRTHDAY. I loved all of it, the room was a great size, the meals at the resturont wear delish and great value for money, the staff wear polite and very helpful. Having a long day out then coming back to the room and soak in the spa, then just wall out the door over to the restaurant for dinner was the best did not have to go anywhere it was just all there. Enjoyed the stay with my partner, my sister and cousins. Mark and his wife were lovely hosts very accomodating very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and neat very cosy and comfy. Easy access to the town enjoyed walking around. Overall very organised and we will definately be back.
