All staff from the cleaners right through to reception and the owners were always very friendly and eager to offer any advice on activities, places to go etc. The owners even gave my family free passes to the aquarium. when the 3 yr old had an accident on his bed the sheets were changed immediately without question by staff at no extra cost.

extremely convenient when visiting Melbourne with a vehicle - easy free parking for almost any size of vehicle - convenient to city and ferry terminal for Tasmania. Very comfortable and spacious self catering accommodation. Very modern units.

Wonderful apartment. Sadly only stayed one night it would be perfect for a week. Right opposite a racecourse if you are into that! Minutes from a tram stop which would take 20 mins into Melbourne. The staff were very accommodating and nothing was a problem for them.
The apartment was warm, clean and comfortable and had everything you
could possibly need and it all worked. Great location and within easy
distance to both the airport and the city. Across from Moonee Race
Course which was not a problem during our stay as there were no races on
but I could see that it might get noisy during race season (which is
probably ideal for race goers who want somewhere close to stay).

Staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was ok. Helped us with our booking which was booked wrong. Was really wonderful. Definitely come back and definitely recommend AAA+++ -

Old world feel was a novelty that made a pleasant break from my normal business travel. The staff were very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the room was warm and clean. -
I loved it . I loved the wisteria growing up the house , I loved the library and all the staff were really friendly and helpful . I liked the breakfast room.

The apartment was well located close to a tram stop and with parking on the street in the area readily available.
The apartment was modern and roomy with all need facilities including a full kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer with detergents provided.
The only down-point was having to check-in at a different location but this was not a big

The bed was super comfy! The kitchenette was functional. It was relatively quiet. Nice rooms. Great shower / bathroom. Found the lounge was a fold out bed. The in house food service delivery was great too, the food was yummy! The trams were right across the road.

It's "homely" atmosphere, which I prefer to the "slick" large businesses.

Will be staying here again, fantastic location. We went to the football at Etihad Stadium on the Sunday and it was not even a 5 minute walk great when you have young children. Everything was really great. The apartment was beautiful, lovely furniture and equipment and the most comfortable bed. The view was the best, the area very quiet, clean and peaceful. Lovely restaurants, fantastic coffees and a great 'pub' just a few metres away on the pier. The private taxi company recommended to us by ACD were fantastic, definitely use their services again.
We would recommend ACD Apartments for a hassle free stay in Melbourne.
