This was a great place to stay right at the Yacht Club as I was visiting cousins who lived nearby. The Motel is new, clean and comfortable and offers an excellent Continental breakfast at additional cost of $12. -

I stayed here one night and really enjoyed it. The apartment is really
big and fully furnished with all ammeneties you can think of. Very good
kitchen with all tools, nicely decorated livingroom. Comfy bed. Very
good, free parking garage. Has a great coffee bar right next door and
just a short stroll of 200 meters to the famous James street. Certainly
will stay here again on my next visit to Brisbane.

The location made it really easy for me to walk to most places I had in mind to visit. The City, Gallery of Modern Art and Foetitude Valley. Nice apartment in a great location. All basic necessities provided including a complete kitchenette unit. Very near to all amenities and shopping areas. Woolworth food store is just downstairs and is of great help. The reception are very supportive and extremely courteous. Especially Ms.Emma has been of great help. We will return to Republic Apartment in our next visit to Brisbane.

Once we got to the hotel, we were upgraded to the penthouse apartment for no extra costs and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us staying. The staff were helpful. The ferry -
Location was great. Easy access to CityCat and free Hop On Hop Off Ferry. Walkable to Southbank with many restaurants, cultural venues, great promenade, park like environment and the lovely man-made lagoon. Would go back to Brisbane in a heart beat.
A bit of a mix-up with our reservation. They had us down for the night after we had reserved. Brigitte at front desk was great and found a room for us with 2 beds (which was what we had requested). Not too sure what happened with that!

We stayed for four nights as we were attending a wedding which was held in the same venue.
The serviced apartment was also a good base to explore Brisbane and it is connected to the City Centre via a very pleasant walk along the river.
It takes about 25 minutes walking to reach South Bank.
Parking on site was available and included in the room rate.
Excellent staff at reception, very polite and enthusiastic.
