The location is central, very close to Sant Martin street with many
restaurants, gift shops and travel agencies, also close to the harbor.
The hotel is clean,the room size wise is enough,for short stay with a tv
and minibar. The receptionists are helpful for tour arrangements. They
only speak Spanish which is good for me to improve my Spanish language,

Location is one block to main street San Martin where all shops,
restaurants and travel agencies are. Friendly and very helpful staff.
The owner is a very nice and the only person fluent in Spanish, English
and Chinese. He assisted us for tours and transport arrangements. Room
size is ok. Simple brrakfast. Generally superb for price.
The location is amazing! ( really close to Ushuaia main Avn San Martin). The owner is very nice and helpfull! Definitely the best affordable place to stay in Ushuaia.
The hotel is a half-block from the main commercial street and about two blocks from the harbor. Excellent restaurants are nearby.

One of the receptionists was not very friendly,although was helpful,but
was not smiling or showing care about you by asking about your tour or
your day like other receptionist in other Argentinean hotels do, it
makes a difference and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed, just
small thing can make your day happy.
The cost was somewhat high, but was much lower than every other hotel in Ushuaia I checked. As a ski resort, this is an expensive place.

The staff was really unmotivated (playing with mobile phones instead of taking care of arriving customers etc.).
I simply cannot recommend you stay at this hotel, it is very old tired
and dirty, breakfast was old dry croissants and watered down orange
juice. The tap water ran yellow and I have never seen staff in a hotel
look and act so disinterested.. To the point of rudeness. Please
don't ignore this review you will genuinely regret staying here!.
