  Everything! This "hotel" seemed more a short-term apartment rental. The room was great, very clean, very big (bigger than our NYC apartment). Every room seems to be identical with a kitchen and sitting area that would make it convenient for families or people staying longer.

Price was a bit higher than other places, but represented reasonable value.
