This is a nice 5 star hotel on a quiet, beautiful street in Buenos Aires. The junior suite that I stayed in was large and comfortable. I enjoyed in particular a six course tasting menu, complete with wines, at the hotel restaurant, El Sud. -

Great location around Recoleta. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Recoleta Cemetery and Teatro Colon. Friendly staff, most spoke English very well. Breakfast was minimal but enjoyable because there were no time constraints. I highly recommend a restaurant down the street called 'Cumana'-- try the locro! -

It´s in the middle of the major tourist attractions and if you´re up to some walking you hardly ever have to reach for a taxi.

to carry your bags a bit further of you check out on a Sunday, or there

The staff were very hospitable. They helped us to book our Tango show and Tango lessons. They booked us private taxi to and from the airport at a very reasonable price. The hotel looks straight out onto dorrego square where there are gorgeous cafes and and tango street dancers. When we return we will definitly be going back to this hotel

The breakfast was very fine, the only problem was the small space in the first floor, So we had to have breakfast one day in the 2nd floor wich didn't have all the options for breakfast as in the 1st floor.
Jacuzzi was very spaceful -

Staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly, respectful and very pleasant. They made you feel like that's the place you need to be when in Buenos Aires. Kudos to them.

Efficient consisent staff(even when we arrived at 2am due to delayed flights etc); would book transfers to airport and tell you exactly how much it would cost.

The hotel is close of most importants touristics points of Buenos Aires' downtown. The staff of hotel, in most of situations, is very polite, mainly Pamela. She is very kind. The price is little high and the acoustic isolation of our room was terrible. But, in general, it was a good accomodation.
