  We had a wonderful time at 5411 Soho Hotel when we stayed in mid-November. It was the perfect location right in the heart of Palermo Soho. The location is wonderful: just a block away from Plaza Serrano, the epicenter of everything in Palermo Viejo. And since it's a small hotel, they are always aware of who's entering the place, so I thought it was very secure, which is also important.

  The desk staff were the best- very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent English language, and willing to help out (especially Roberto, Carlos and Raquel). Good location (Palermo - safe area), excellent staff and really nice rooms. We arrived at 7 am after a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in time. They arrange transfer to/from airport for a decent rate, give nice tips for tango and sightseeing. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was also good.
