It was a very calm peaceful setting in a busy city. We used the Ilum as our base and travelled to other destinations returning to the Ilum each time. The staff were definitely the best part of the hotel. All of them were extremely friendly and helpful and made my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The convenience of the local area, shops, banks and vicinity of being able to go anywhere, taxi, train, bus or walk. Staff were very helpful, friendly and helped with being bilingual.
