The front desk staff (in particular Marcos) was very helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the centralized location. The room was fairly large so very comfortable for an eight-night stay. All in all a good experience. -

Excellent location. Good A good standard hotel without being outstanding. However after a mugging attempt and how clothes were dirtied they quickly agreed to have our clothes dry cleaned without charge. They also provided a free bottle of red wine as a gesture.
The staff were efficient but it did have the feel of a business persons hotel. -

The hotel has a great glassed in rooftop pool/spa/gym with fantastic views of the city and the rooms are very nice as well. - Very comfortable, clean bed and room, with nice decor. Breakfast buffet was fabulous.

Loved the friendliness of the staff; that almost everyone spoke English,
Sebastian and Adrian were terriffic at the concierge desk/function.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. After one night I asked to be moved to a quieter room as I am a very light sleeper and the noise from the road was bad. I was moved without any problem. The facilities are excellent and the neighbourhood is safe and interesting to walk around. Lots of restaurants close by and the "hop on hop off" tourist bus passes close by. The concierge arranged for us to see a Tango show which was excellent. Will go back.

It is in a great location on a quiet street. Hotel is very clean. It
is an adult-only hotel. Staff is very helpful and speaks good
English. Complementary breakfast is very good. Spa, gym, sauna and
pool equip. Ped. Rooms were always clean and towels and toiletries
replaced every day. Well-stocked bar in dining area and
garden/sitting area out back.

Huge room and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The location is fabulous, just round the corner from the cemetery, the craft market and lots of restaurants.
