Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. My room was cleant once a day and the room I stayed (double) is very nice.. two bathrooms, two LCD screens on the wall.. the air really works.. lol.
