This is the best one hostel that I ever had stayed. The location is good, just 3 blocks to the subway line and close to different famous places in Buenos Aires, like Casa Rosado, Puerto Madero, Etc.

I liked very much the hostel, the rooms are clean, people are very nice, the recepcionists are adorable. I'm brazilian and stayed for four days, went alone to buenos aires and was amazing. The hostel is close to other neighborhoods known like palermo retiro and recoleta. I recommend!

The hostel is in Montserrat, a central area of BA. Not the best area of the city, but a central one (15-20 min walking from the Obelisco), generally safe and quite close to a SUBTE station. The hostal is an old colonial building. It has original features and large shuttered windows, it is beautiful and is walking distance to the antiques market, bars and main areas while feeling vey local and not overly touristy. The owners and the people that worked there were friendly and accomodating especially Pablo and even the surly but caring Muigel. There was another very nice man there but I didn't get his name.

found - comfortable, peaceful, decent sized rooms, great location (San
Telmo - short walk to Plaza Dorrego, next to a metro stop).

Simply the best choice in Buenos Aires! Extremly helpfull staff, very clean rooms, nice clean common bathrooms with hot water anytime. Great various breakfast. Functional WiFi and perfect location just few steps from the main square and Metro station. Extra: safes in the room, possibility of BBQ on the roof of the hostel.
