  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance. For a family like mine with two children was perfect! - The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.

  I thought the room was great vaue for money, although the letsbookhotel.com pictures and description make it sound as though it has a zacuzzi in the room, when in fact it's not even in the same building. They did leave some welome choclates on the bed though, which was nice. The staff also were helpful showing us a city map etc. - Everything.   Very accommodating staff - bent over backwards to help us; cannot emphasize this enough. Modern furnishings were very aesthetically pleasing. Nice pool, fitness room and roof deck on top floor.
