It was a very calm peaceful setting in a busy city. We used the Ilum as our base and travelled to other destinations returning to the Ilum each time. The Sileo was everything advertised. Great location, very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room.
The Sileo is a smaller boutique hotel probably more suited to couples without kids but it has a more intimate feel which we thought added to the charm. The location is great as it's on a quieter street around the cemetery. We had the most amazing view of the cemetery. We would absolutely stay there again if we were back in Buenos Aires.

Huge room and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The location is fabulous, just round the corner from the cemetery, the craft market and lots of restaurants. Staff were really helpful in printing off boarding passes for us. Rally good selection of food at breakfast served in the lovely airy indoor garden. -

Great location around Recoleta. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Recoleta Cemetery and Teatro Colon. Friendly staff, most spoke English very well. Breakfast was minimal but enjoyable because there were no time constraints. I highly recommend a restaurant down the street called 'Cumana'-- try the locro! -
