  Location was my favorite. Nicholas, the doorman, was especially friendly but the whole reception area was outstanding. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. - Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

  The staff went out of their way to make my stay fun. They gave good restaurant tips and helped me book other travels . They spoke good English , I speak little Spanish .   Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
