Great hotel, immediately felt at home. In Palermo Hollywood near restaurants and bars, very friendly staff, nice design, big and clean rooms, excellent bed, good Wi-Fi, real shower with plenty of hot water, small Spa and Gym on the roof.

Value for $$! Location, location, location. Looks out over Recolleta cemetery. Being upgraded to executive suite, which is an enormous, if somewhat odd, room - without asking.
Wonderful balcony/bar looking out on city and beautiful pool up there too. Very efficient desk staff. -

This was an excellent option for us and the others who joined us on holidays here. Big rooms, very convenient and in a safe area. Great value. Really helpful english speaking staff. -
Location is perfect, nice room, good bed and great restaurants only a few blocks away from the hotel, ask the staff they had some great suggestions.

Very accommodating staff - bent over backwards to help us; cannot emphasize this enough. Modern furnishings were very aesthetically pleasing. Nice pool, fitness room and roof deck on top floor.
