Our room, number 5, was very confortable and spacious. Large closet.
The staff is helpful and efficient. A relative came to visit, we stayed
in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered
us some coffee (free!). The neighbourhood is great, and the street is
not noisy. -

Stayed here for four nights and liked this French run hotel. there was a mini bar and a safe with large flat screen cable TV. Loved the friendly efficient and knowledgable staff. The staff is really friendly and will do anything they can to help you. The location is wonderful: just a block away from Plaza Serrano, the epicenter of everything in Palermo Viejo. And since it's a small hotel, they are always aware of who's entering the place, so I thought it was very secure, which is also important.
