  Even though we had a reservation and a confirmation with Booking,com, the very cordial person (not) at the desk said he had no reservation for us. Evidently, he finally did check with letsbookhotel.com and said he had it - but not until after being nasty upon arrival.   dobra lokalizcja, klimtyczny - I really love this hotel situated smack downtown in the city center (microcentro) and have stayed there several times and will be back again. Reception staff and attention you get from them is really wonderful, thanks Gaston, Andrés and Leandro. Nice brakfast buffet. - The building and the common areas are very charming, filled with antiques. The breakfast was good and the staff was really helpful. The location is perfect, right in the center, so you can easily reach most points of interest, and there's a subway station right in front of the building.
