My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and an excellent value for my overnight stay in Tucson in early March. Very close to downtown and conveniently located to U of A. I would stay at the University Inn again and I would recommend it to my friends because it was such a great value.

Mrs. Patel was very nice and accomodating. The motel was very quiet and close to everything we needed. There was a fabulous Mexican restaurant next door which made it easy for us.
