  This was lovely accommodation with a good range of facilities that was well situated close to the University and also good local restaurants.   The owner, Pat, is very nice and friendly. She is a great cook so the breakfasts were better than we've had anywhere. She asked us for our needs and carried them out. Beds were comfortable. We stayed in the separate cottage so there was good privacy and the area is very quiet dispite being only two blocks off a main street.
