  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas. The bed was excellent. - Staff, location in downtown ... hva folk sier » made everything walkable, and the beautiful surroundings that made it feel special and comfortable. We were especially glad to be only 3 blocks from the light and monorail depot.

  The location. The room was nice ans the bathroom was great but the shower was a bit small. The sitting room was nice and lots of closet space. The best parts were the black out blinds that were switch operated so no need to get out of bed and of course that there was a Starbucks in the hotel. - Everything. The hotel itself is very well situated in the shopping district of beautiful downtown Seattle.The room was lovely with a view of the sound. I would highly recommend this hotel.
