  The room we were given was 301 which is on the corner of the building so we got two windows to see the beach! We had booked an ocean view room and the view from our balcony was of Scripps park, a cave, the beach and all the silly sea lions and pelicans. The rooms are a little out of date in style but they are comfortable and the breakfast is borin... hva folk sier » g but is served on the roof!!! The staff here is amazing...we were driving around San Diego and not familiar with the area and they were always happy - The location couldn't have been better; I liked that they had a ready supply of fresh coffee in the lobby and that they had bathrooms on a couple of floors so we didn't have to go all the way back to the room if we were already out; the balcony and view were all they promised and the beds were comfortable and clean. They held our bags for us before and after check out and that is big plus for us. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again soon and probably for years to come.

  Was greeted at check-in with a glass of white wine. Just what I needed after a long day at work! The staff are happy and have great personalities. Probably because they let some of their employees bring their dogs to work. And the design was very unique and posh. - We absolutely loved this hotel!
