  The casual atmosphere and friendly staff were excellent as well as the location. We could easily walk anywhere within a 10 minute walk. My kids loved the murals and themed rooms and the game room and the pirate pancakes. - Great staff.

  Everyone on the staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again and have already recommended it to others. - The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

  Upon checking in at the inn, the host Gibbs promptly asked if we had been to St. Augustine before. We replied that we hadn't recently been and he proceeded to give us a map and explain where we were in relation to major sights and attractions. He was nothing but friendly and helpful - he even gave us his personal cell phone number and told us to call him if we needed anything at all wheth - Visiting from the uk and staying in St Augustine for the first time, we booked 2 rooms for four of us based upon reviews for this 6 bedroom Inn. We were not disappointed. We arrived four hours early for check in but just wanted to drop by, get our bearings etc. Gibbs met us on arrival, our rooms were being serviced but he was really helpful with any information we needed. Even getting the trolley tour bus to people to pick us up personally if we wanted! We were able to leave our car at Saragoss
