I was so surprised when we got our room and a few minutes later we were
called and ask if every thing was to our liking and was there anything
else we needed.. Who does that these days ? what a nice surprise .. we
felt recognized each time we came in and was informed of the breakfast

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower
which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a
special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad
that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought
I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that
I'd asked for. Not the tower.

While it seems to be predominately a business hotel. I was in Vancouver for my granddaughter's graduation. I had the grandchildren take turns staying with me to enjoy the pool and shopping; the hotel was really welcoming to these well-behaved children and we all enjoyed their stay.

I have stayed here a couple times before. It is a perfect place to stay. I used to prefer large hotels. But since finding Heathman Lodge I always stay here. Ambiance is perfect! Rooms are spacious and perfectly appointed. Restaurant is gourmet. All levels of staff are well-trained and efficient and always ready to serve with a smile. Have I said enough to convince you to book a room? I hope so!!!!! You will be glad you did!!!!!

We travel extensively as a family and the Olympic Fairmont Hotel would have to be one of the best hotels we have stay in. The breakfast was the greatest. Our room saved us from having to get two rooms by having a queen sleeper sofa in a little alcove with sliding doors for privacy. It fit a family with two teenage daughters perfectly. -
The help was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The breakfast was one of the best complimentary that I have had.
