EVERYTHING! The suite was spectacular with cozy atmosphere. All kinds of personal touches from a "smores" kit, to fresh orange juice and streudel. The innkeepers, Bill and Maryann were delightful and very knowledgeable about the area and dining options. The outdoor woodburning fireplace with covered patio was so much fun...our best meal = roaste

The Inn Keeper was fabulous. The greeting was warm and welcoming. Our suite had high end shampoos and conditioners, as well as makeup remover. We were welcomed with chilled glasses and champange. The attention to detail was over the top. The outdoor fireplace was a very elegant touch. The suite included plush robes and slippers. I will stay here again. I will tell all my friends as well. Oh and the coffee....OVER THE TOP, WONDERFUL.

The young Man who checked us in was very nice, courteous, and professional.
I asked him if we could have a floor level if they had any available?
He said they did and one close enough to the office. I didn't even need to explain why.
I don't need a handicap room just yet but as I get older I just might.
He also let us know about their breakfas

Spacious. Very reasonably priced. FULL kitchen, not just kitchenette (though limited in counter space); other than having NO baking pans/dishes, the kitchen was reasonably supplied with basics. Reliable wi-fi and plenty of plugs for electronics.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was unique, the Pension Anna had good character. I read a lot of reviews before staying at the Pension Anna and I assume some of the bad reviews were travelers looking for a Four Seasons or a Marriott. The hotel itself, the staff had character which make for a stay fun. The facilities were nice and clean, the rooms were good size. We stayed in the Honeymoon (Spa) room the last night and it had all the amenities; Beautiful room!! Thank you for our great and comfortable stay!

The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. We loved the hotel and the village was totally charming with lots of great shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. There is also an amazing running trail that begins at the hotel's front door. The room was perfect with a great view and a fireplace!! We will definitely be returning. -

Rooms were large and comfortable. Very clean and well appointed. Staff were very responsive to requests. It was the last stop on our tour through Washington State and a great send off. Owners clearly have a service philosophy that they deliver on. Would definitely recommend.
