  The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. The reason I stayed at this hotel was because it was too far to complete my travel to the city I needed to be in the next day, so I spent the night at the Thunderbird and drove the remaining 2 hours the next day. I liked it so well that after I was finished with my busines... hva folk sier » s I drove 2 hours to return to this motel since it was along the route I needed to do my return travel. Very comfortable and affordable. - The spacious clean room...the microwave, refrigeratior...the courteous front desk person. The nice, clean , delicious breakfast. After 10 days of motels across Tennessee, we were MOST pleased with this motel of all in which we stayed. Thank you!! We will search out Best Western motels in the future.

  It was about the last room avail in Pigeon Forge for night of 7/4 but we still got for decent rate, was not jacked up. Pleasantly surprised, our kind of place. Older, simple, but very clean, which is what is important to me. Furnishings/fixtures were in vg condition; carpet looked new (or at least recently cleaned). Bathroom was huge (realized aft... hva folk sier » wd, we had the hdcp accessible room, so probably why bathroom as large. But maybe all hotels should design floor plan this way). Hotel provided donuts - We go every year and have been going for the last 6 years. We love the location. It's close to everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean and we were very comfortable. Looking forward to going back next year.

  After reading countless negative reviews I was starting to go towards another hotel. Then I decided to give them a chance bc there is always two sides to every story. I liked the comfort of the bed. The cleanliness of the rooms and the distance to shopping. Negative reviews I read were def. Wrong.
