  Everything was excellent. wonderful stuff, clean, comfy room, comfy beds. In the front desk there was a guy named Jack and he was super kind and friendly.. And the pool area was amazing my girls really enjoyed it. - Mostly clean, Nice bed, Clean bathroom. Staff was very nice and friendly.

  I have stayed at 4 star hotels there were not as clean and comfortable as the Hampton Inn Phila/ Willow Grove. All staff very accommodating. You should not advertise this as a 21/2 star hotel ....luxury linens were great ....most travelers want to sink in clean comfy bed and bathroom.....this has it ! Staff accommodating...breakfast excellent. Goo... hva folk sier » d cup of coffee too ! - The hotel was nestled right in the heart of Willow Grove, but, magically once you entered the door ro the hotel you were put at ease by the knowledge and adaptness of the staff. It was as if everyone was a friend, centered on your enjoyment.
