Location was excellent... On 51st St. between 5th and 6th Ave. Right across from Radio City Musical Hall, and the Rockefeller Plaza/Center, plus the Subway station was around the corner.
The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough for 3 (2 adults & one kid). The small fridge and microwave were a plus! The lobby is small compare to other big hotels, but it was quiet. The staff was always nice and helpful. I will stay there again!

Shower gel and shampoo/conditioner in an easy use container, which
was very nice. Hate those fiddly little bottles. Huge fridge/freezer

The room was lovely and had such a welcoming, warm, homely and cosy atmosphere when I first walked in, with soft lighting and classical music drifting through it. - Beds were very comfortable. Room was well lit and quiet. Ample seating.

My wife and i were treated very well by the manager (Kevin) during our stay at your New York hotel. We recieved a wonderful complimentary upgrade from a basic room to a large and beautiful suite with a balcony and view. Kevin also extended my wife and i a wondwrfully delious full course meal at the hotel's rooftop resturant, all exspenses paid by the hotel. We reccommend this hotel to all our family and friends.

It was clean and the bed overall was comfortable. It would not be my first choice, but I would stay again if it is the one available.

I like all the extras- free coffee/tea/cappuccino/cold drinks all the time in the comfy Club Lounge plus snacks at night. Water dispenser and bottles on every floor. Fully stocked kitchen in the suites and smaller kitchenette with fridge and microwave in smaller rooms.
Great location close to many subway lines. Excellent restaurant and spectacular view on the top floor

For our first visit to New York we wanted to do it properly and the Hotel on Rivington was fantastic from start to finish! We were well looked after by all the staff and it offered everything we wanted. A Room with a stunning view of the city, a soft bed and in a great part of town.

Stayed here for a couple of days before dropping my daughter to summer
camp. The staff here are so welcoming and bend oer backwards to please.
We were upgraded upon arrival. The rooms and bathrooms in this hotel are
huge compared to most rooms in Manhattan and the decor is funky yet
comfortable. The location is fabulous. 3 minutes to Grand Central
Station and about 10 minutes to Macys. I love this hotel so much that
I'm going back in 3 weeks to stay for a week!!!
