This place is an authentic jewelry! The location is ideal, in the lively city center but right on the lake, featuring a private beach provided with chairs, canoe, paddle boats, toys for the kids, etc.; the staff is professional and attentive, the people in charge of the room cleaning very efficient; our room was quiet and comfortable; the pool and the whirlpools are a nice "plus". We will definitively come back!

Staff did everything possible to solve the problems we experienced with the refrigerator. The incident re: the lost sleep time was unfortunate. The hotel did compensate us for both issues and that was appreciated.

So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. The location is very close to the lake and there are many good restaurants nearby. The first night we were given a room that was over looking at the back parking but in the morning the staff were helpful in locating us to a room that overlooking at the lake which was very nice.

The valet service was not so good: goofing around, unable to find car keys, and generally young, inexperienced and without a mature leader in the group setting standards and bringing the others along. Desk staff was a bit better, but again, immature.
