  So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. Loved the area for kids near the pool, and the spacious grounds. Lots of little nooks around the hotel for quiet conversations. Loved the fire "pit" outside ... hva folk sier » main entrance. Indoor pool was beautiful, although so many kids there I changed my mind about going in. A disappointment. - The location is very close to the lake and there are many good restaurants nearby. The first night we were given a room that was over looking at the back parking but in the morning the staff were helpful in locating us to a room that overlooking at the lake which was very nice.

Hotel was 15 minutes away from Lake Ontario so it was nice to explore the area.   The staff was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast that was included in our room rate. The breakfast manager, Lisa, treated us like family and ran the area like it was her home visiting with each table throughout our meal. Luis, the omelet chef, was excellent!   I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.
