nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and
available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm
and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member
expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction,
and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that
of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

The hotel is modern and spacious with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The suites are great with children- the pull-out couch is excellent quality and is a king-size bed. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The rooms are very quiet- a very nice experience! The location, near Time Square and Madison Ave. shopping is great! What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter.
