Real nice stay. Close enough to Saratoga racecourse without getting beat up on the room rates. Absolutely top class steakhouse on site which was pricey but definely worth the buck (as good if not better than any nyc. Steakhouse I've eaten in. Proximity to the highway a plus. Overall nice stay, I'll probably be back there next time I'm in the area

Parking was at a premium. We arrived after 9:00 PM and when the desk clerk heard me say I had to go out to find a parking space, he moved his car from a very convenient spot, so I could use it.

The bed was about as crisp, clean, and comfortable as could be imagined. That is job 1 - a good night's sleep. I rate it 10/10. Everything else is gravy. -

The staff was great! Nancy at the bar was terrific! Our room was clean and everyone on staff was very friendly and had great suggestions. It was the perfect little break from the big city. We enjoy the porch and the view of the lake. The room and fireplace are cozy and relaxing. There was a wedding going on and we were treated to the fireworks that went off that evening for them! -

The receptionist who checked us in was amazing. She had to deal with a
rude crazy woman ahead of us who was insisting that her rate was
supposed to be $89, even though she could produce any paperwork backing
her rediculous claim, and the entire time she remained polite and calm.

the room on a whole was so clean. the towels, bedding, bathroom - everything smelled clean and was very comfortable. the staff was great to deal with - friendly and helpful.
