  We were two couples travelling in the finger lakes area on a get away, when I booked this hotel on our way home. The staff on the front desk could not have been better. Bobby-Jo was there for all our needs. The room was clean and perfect for us. Every thing was so good we decided to spend a second night there. The cleaning staff did a - Very nice hotel. Stayed there for 1 night with my wife and 2 grown children. We took 2 rooms - one with a king size bed for us and one with 2 queen beds for the children. The rooms were pretty big, the bed very comfortable. The hotel is adjacent to a Walmart super center which is open 24 hours. It's a 3 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed there to go to the Waterloo Premium Outlets which are 10 minutes by car from there.

They were able to cheerfully accommodate us for the extra night with no problem. Both the female & male receptionists were considerate & prompt.

  Nice hotel. Staff here were amazing. Tv sucked, but theres a denneys conviently right beside the hotel. Unfortunatly buffalo is just a terrible city to be in for to long. I would definatly recommend this hotel. - Room was easy to access for handicapped. Housekeeper very good. Day shift front desk very helpful. Waitress in restaurant very good.
