We just returned from a 2 week foliage tour of the New England states.
Our stay at Country Inn and Suites was one of two places that we stayed
where we have nothing but good things to recommend. Here are the things

Easy access from freeway We were only booked for one night but liked
this hotel so much that we booked a second night. -
1. Staff was very friendly, especially Diana, who was really helpful.
2. Breakfast choices were much more than expected.
3. Complimentary dinner was unexpected.
4. Gym and pool facilities.
5. Good location, easy access to highways, city, dining and shopping areas.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was really nice as well. The entire time I was there I felt comfortable; from the moment I stepped into the fireplace-lit entrance (with a visitors library, which was also awesome!) it was a nice place to be. All of the facilities were clean and the breakfast area was spotless and the food delicious. Highly recommend!!

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. Waking up to a view of High Line Park and the Empire State Building. Comfortable bed, quiet despite being in the middle of the city and great shower. I was extremely pleased with the room right on the first floor where I was able to access everything so easily. It was warm and cozy and I only wish I had more time to spend with family so I could have stayed longer. The wifi allowed me to check on my email and so on, the tv was refreshing since I do not own one, and the bed was awesome.
