nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and
available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm
and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member
expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction,
and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that
of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

Location was excellent... On 51st St. between 5th and 6th Ave. Right across from Radio City Musical Hall, and the Rockefeller Plaza/Center, plus the Subway station was around the corner.
The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough for 3 (2 adults & one kid). The small fridge and microwave were a plus! The lobby is small compare to other big hotels, but it was quiet. The staff was always nice and helpful. I will stay there again!

Breakfast - we saw many opinions about very poor breakfast here. In
comparison with other hotels|motels we stayed in during our road
trip this one was from the better ones. Missing fruit, vegetables
etc, but you could choose hot and cold etc. Breakfasts are generally
terrible in usa motels a 3-star hotels. W Based on reviews we
expected worse one here.

My wife and i were treated very well by the manager (Kevin) during our stay at your New York hotel. We recieved a wonderful complimentary upgrade from a basic room to a large and beautiful suite with a balcony and view. I like all the extras- free coffee/tea/cappuccino/cold drinks all the time in the comfy Club Lounge plus snacks at night. Water dispenser and bottles on every floor. Fully stocked kitchen in the suites and smaller kitchenette with fridge and microwave in smaller rooms.

For our first visit to New York we wanted to do it properly and the Hotel on Rivington was fantastic from start to finish! We were well looked after by all the staff and it offered everything we wanted. A Room with a stunning view of the city, a soft bed and in a great part of town.
